Policies:
Payments;
- Deposit must be paid on the day of arrangement to secure the piece being created. The deposit is not refundable.
- Payment for the final art piece must be received [ Minus the deposit ] BEFORE I send it to you.
- Each step of the payment process can be paid via bank transfer or exact cash, as I do not have change.
Cancellations;
- If you change your mind about purchasing a piece after I have started creating it, a fee of £25 [ additional to the £20 deposit ] will be incurred.
- If I have already started creating a custom piece that I BELIEVE I COULD RESELL to a public market, I will put it up for sale 48 hours after it has been finished, and you will be notified when I do so.
Purchasing a custom art piece:
When booking a custom art piece, I will need the following information
- What you would like the piece to be based on [ family portrait, pet, etc ]
- What size would you like the piece to be
- What medium/ material would you like the piece to be created with [ Fineliner, pencil, watercolour, etc ]
- If you choose watercolour, I will also need a colour palette
- The Deadline for the piece
My Use of the Photos
As my business is primarily on social media, I will ask for your written consent on the day I give you the piece, whether I can or cannot post your photos of it on my Instagram and Facebook. However, when booking the piece, I will touch upon this so I know where you stand prior to the day.
Pricelists:
[ Custom Fine art is a lot harder to price before a piece is finished, due to a handful of reasons so these listed prices will be a range and then the final price will be specified at the end of the creation process ]
